45 Days Labor Warranty SupremeComputerSolutions warranties its work as indicated on your repair invoice for a period of 45 days from the date of repair. SupremeComputerSolutions is not responsible for any lost data while performing any repair. It is the customer’s responsibility to notify SupremeComputerSolutions of any important documents or files that need to be saved and we will make every effort to comply. Warranty DetailsSupremeComputerSolutions guarantees repairs against defects in material and workmanship that is hardware related for 45 days from the original repair date unless specified differently with a service agreement (Manufacturer’s warranty may still apply on hardware after 45 days). SupremeComputerSolutions will repair or exchange any defective components that are installed under this warranty agreement free of charge with either a new or rebuilt replacement. SupremeComputerSolutions offers a 45 day guarantee on any software installed on any computer system or server. This includes software problems or conflicts with existing software and/or operating systems. If a problem exists SupremeComputerSolutions will repair or reinstall software within the warranty period. If SupremeComputerSolutions performs virus, spy ware & ad-ware removal SupremeComputerSolutions does not guarantee virus, spy ware & ad-ware from not returning on customer’s system even if some type of preventing software is installed.
All warranties, including custom built computers, will be voided if the equipment has been subjected to unusual physical or electrical stress, has been tampered with by the customer or a third party without the prior consent of SupremeComputerSolutions. SupremeComputerSolutions reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions of this warranty policy without notice. |
