SupremeComputerSolutions is different from other computer repair shops in that we built our business on customer service while providing the most complete computer service in the Northern New Jersey area. Our policy is to find the most cost-effective solution for our customers, and to implement that solution to the customer's complete satisfaction. We explain things and follow up with all work performed. Our customers are never confused or in the dark as to what is being done.

Do you have a location to drop-off my computer to be fixed?

At this time we do not have a store-front location to drop-off your system, however we offer to all customers, free computer pick-up and return service, we'll even unhook and reconnect everything. We hope in the near future to have a store-front & drop-off location.

Do you charge  to come onsite?

We do not charge any travel fees if you are within our service area of Bergen County, Hudson County, Essex County & Passaic County. If you are outside of our service area we can arrange a convenient meeting spot to pickup your PC or laptop. All service calls outside our service area will be subject to .40 per mile travel fee from our base  in Garfield, NJ 07026.

What brands of personal computers do you service?

We service all makes and models, new or old.

Do you service Apple computers?   

At this time we only service Apple laptops with bad LCD screens. We plan in the near future to expand our services for Apple computers and laptops.

Do you service printers and monitors?

We can troubleshoot your printer and service common printer problems such as paper jams, paper-feed problems, ink and toner errors, software and driver problems. Most times it is more cost effective to replace a printer with a major repair issue. We can assess your situation and if a repair is feasible, we can recommend an authorized repair depot. We do not service monitors, however, we can troubleshoot to assess whether your monitor needs to be replaced.

How much will it cost to fix my computer?

Our normal rates are $65 per hour onsite. We offer $145.00 flat fee for all offsite repairs which includes; FREE pickup, and next day return.

Are there any other fees I should worry about?

We will always tell you upfront how much the repair will cost. If we need to order special parts we will give you a estimate and you decide if you want to repair it or not. If we don't mention it, you don't pay for it.

Is work done by supreme computer solutions warranted?

Yes. We guarantee the work that was performed as shown on our invoices. All labor is guaranteed for 45 days from day of repair. New hardware carries manufacturer's warranty on the component which is usually 1-year or longer.

I recently purchased a new computer, can supreme computer solutions help me set it up?

Yes. We offer New Pc Setup and configuration. After buying your new computer give us a call. Our technician's will unpack and set the system, connect all cables, as well as mouse, keyboard, monitor, printer, scanner and any other device. Then we will configure the new system, loading all drivers and removing any advertisements, trial software and programs that start-up with the system. In addition we can install any software that you may like, many times we even have software available, just ask. All customers that choose this service, receive a 30% discount on their next service call.
